The Property Accountant is in-charge of recording the day-to-day financial transactions of Daiichi Property Solutions Inc., a property management arm of Daiichi Properties. You shall review the disbursements, billings, various accounting reports and taxes of associations.
Job Requirements
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management.
- Must have at least two (2) years working experience in handling financial transactions and accounting reports.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting, financial, and business management principles, laws, and regulations
- Experience in audit is an advantage.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensures the accuracy of the computations, BIR forms and checks the completeness of the attachments for taxes.
- Reviews the billing statements, ensures the completeness and accuracy of the attachments and the proposed entries of the disbursement payables processed by the bookkeepers.
- Ensures the accuracy of the reports (cash receipts books, cash disbursements books, journal vouchers, financial statements, balance sheet and income statement schedules).
- Prepares the bank reconciliations of the associations.
- Any other duties as assigned.
