The Industrial Park Engineer is primarily responsible in ensuring the proper operation and timely maintenance of all equipment and facilities for Daiichi Industrial Park and Mountview Industrial Complex project in Cavite. The IP Engineer will report directly to the Senior Estate Manager.
Job Requirements
- Must be a graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering course.
- Must be a Registered Professional Engineer.
- Must have at least five (5) years work experience, preferably with accreditation as a Safety and Pollution Control Officer.
- Strong supervisory skills with decision-making capabilities are essential.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervises the technical team to carry out routine maintenance and repair works.
- Oversees and monitors the work and performance of contractors and third-party service providers.
- Prepares, plans and implements preventive maintenance programs.
- Monitors the locator’s compliance to the Deeds of Restrictions, Construction Rules and Regulations and Industrial Park Rules and Regulations.
- Implements the park’s safety and environmental work plans as well as addressing issues related to it.
