Summertime Wellness: Journey to a Healthy Lifestyle

Community Story

Summer is the perfect time to explore new experiences—and for many, that means joining programs and workshops that nurture both body and mind. This summer, the Daiichi Community hosted a Wellness Fest to encourage tenants to prioritize their well-being and give anyone looking to begin their wellness journey the perfect opportunity to start.

We kicked things off with an inspiring wellness talk by Dra. Almira Cunanan of Lifestyle Medical Group, who shared practical tips for healthy living—making wellness feel both simple and achievable.

To boost their physical well-being, participants jumped into three types of energizing activities:

  • Coach Jules Aquino led two dynamic workout sessions, guiding attendees through a basic core and strength routine designed to boost stamina and build strength.
  • In our movement classes, Coach Edd Vicente brought the energy with basic dance exercises that had everyone moving and smiling.
  • Our Friday nights ended on a high note with the 5AM Gang as participants ran along the lively streets of Bonifacio Global City (BGC).

But the fun didn’t stop there! Participants also tapped into their creative side with Scent Studio, where they got to craft their very own signature scents—an experience that left everyone feeling refreshed and inspired.

To make each session extra special, we capped them off with raffle prizes, refreshing drinks, and delicious snacks—because self-care should feel good in every way!

We’d like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our partners for their active involvement, and a huge thank you to all the tenants who participated. We hope everyone left feeling welcomed, energized, and motivated to continue their wellness journey.

Keep the momentum going – stay healthy, stay inspired!
