The Electrical Engineer is responsible for overseeing on-site electrical work, reviewing electrical design, preparing bidding documents, evaluating technical bids, and estimating material quantities accurately.
Job Requirements
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Preferably a licensed Electrical Engineer with 3-5 years of relevant work experience in construction or real estate development.
- Must have an experience in supervising and monitoring construction works.
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
- Knowledgeable in Computer Aided Design Software (AutoCAD) and MS Office.
Job Responsibilities
- Reviews Electrical Designs and Plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Monitors and supervises electrical works and related activities on-site to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Prepares bid documents, conducts technical bid evaluations, and facilitates clarification meetings with contractors and suppliers.
- Conducts material quantity surveys and prepares accurate cost estimates for electrical components and installations.
