The Legal Secretary assists in various concerns of the Legal & External Affairs Department including notarial work, coordination, liaison with governmental agencies, and general administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a legal or administrative setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with strong work ethics; able to work with minimal supervision.
Job Responsibilities
- Provides high-level administrative support by assisting the Legal Department.
- Assists with notarial work, and coordinate & liaise with government agencies.
- Aids in preparing agreements, contracts, legal forms, and correspondence.
- Offers general administrative support to ensure department functionality and productivity, including documentation, database monitoring, record-keeping, and office supply inventory management.
- Performs other tasks to support the Legal Department.
