The Senior Sales & Leasing Officer supports business growth by driving tenant occupancy and revenue generation through strategic sales and leasing initiatives. This position plays a critical role in enhancing asset performance and ensuring a positive experience for clients throughout the leasing or sales cycle.
Job Requirements
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Preferably with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Sales and Leasing, Marketing-related work.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, capacity to work independently or within the team, result driven and proactive attitude.
- Motivated self-starter with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end sales and leasing transactions for assigned properties, ensuring alignment with business targets and timelines.
- Liaise with internal departments and financial institutions to ensure the timely coordination of the title transfer and fulfillment of bank requirements, including related documentations.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, tenants, brokers and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and a high standard of customer service.
- Collaborate with marketing team in the development and execution of strategic campaigns to attract qualified buyers and tenants.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales and leasing activity, and client engagement to support data driven decision making.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned to support business objectives and client satisfactions.
