2020 has been a year unlike any other – a year full of challenges that has impacted our lives. But 2020 also has stories of good, courage, and inspiration.
This holiday season, Daiichi Properties and the building managements of One Global Place, One World Place, World Plaza, and The Finance Centre recently held its RISE 2020 Instagram Contest exclusively for the tenant communities of the aforementioned buildings. With the theme of “Reach Out. Inspire. Share. Empower.”, the contest invited tenants to share their 2020 stories, and inspire, motivate and spread the Christmas spirit to the community.
The RISE 2020 Instagram contest also provides the participants the opportunity to give back to the community as each of their stories were matched by the organizers with a donation to the Virlanie Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to helping out street children.
With the rise of the new normal in education such as online and distance learning, underprivileged children struggle to continue their education. Virlanie Foundation’s Give2Achieve Program aims to address this challenge, and provide learning essentials and much needed support to the children in their care.
