It has been a year since the award-winning premium grade office building that is World Plaza started operations. Since then, World Plaza has become a home for leading global and local companies and for their wonderful employees that have brought energy and life into the building.
As our expression of gratitude towards our tenants for making World Plaza their corporate home, we at Daiichi Properties in collaboration with our property management arm, Daiichi Property Solutions, held a thanksgiving event dubbed “Welcome Home” last April 19, 2018. The day was filled with fun activities and prizes for the employees of the various tenants culminating with a friendly socials night for company managers and executives.
Day activities included minute-to-win-it games such as Moving on Up, Dizzy Mummy, and Face the Cookie. Winners were given prizes such as popcorn, nachos, pastries and ice creams as well as discount coupons. Employees also enjoyed taking selfies and groupies at the Welcome Home photowall in the building lobby.
The socials night was equally eventful as representatives from the various tenants got to know their neighbors, ate sumptuous dinner at the Little Flour Café and listened to the soothing voice of Johnoy Danao.
In keeping to its mission of delivering utmost quality and flexibility to the tenants, Daiichi Property Solutions also introduced its newest initiative – a centralized customer service team, who tenants can contact with regards to building concerns and inquiries.
