Sr. Project Coordinator (Architect)

Full-time Position
Monday to Friday – 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
BGC, Taguig
Licensed, with 4 to 5 years of experience in design and site work

The Sr. Project Coordinator is responsible for the preparation of in-house design / feasibility study and implementation of project plans. In particular, it includes, but is not limited to research, preparation of conceptual design/3d visualization and working drawings, site visit, coordination of activities among the project team and with external suppliers, consolidation of activity updates, and the communication of progress reports to the project team and the management. This scope of work carries over to the entire Daiichi Properties group of companies and its associations, both current and future additions.

  • Must be a graduate of BS-Architecture course.
  • Candidate must have a Professional License (Passed Board/Professional Licensure Exam).
  • Must be knowledgeable in design, construction and project management.
  • Advanced knowledge in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape.       
  • Must have strong management skills, result-oriented and with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Research, prepares feasibility study / 3D visualizations/conceptual design and construction drawings.
  • Handles documentation process from design to post construction.
  • Coordinates the implementation of project activities and assists in the inspection of materials and contractor workmanship to ensure design conformance and acceptability of execution.
  • Coordinates with the project team/contractors/vendors to ensure the compliance of project schedule.
  • Quality inspection and punch-listing and other duties as assigned.
  • Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor.
